1. Service Description

AgentPic.ai lets you upload text-based personality files (.md or .txt) to generate AI portraits and optionally animate those portraits into short looping videos. Portrait generation is powered by OpenAI, and animation is powered by Luma Dream Machine.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

  • You must only upload content you have the right to use.
  • You are responsible for all content submitted through the service.
  • You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-violating content.
  • You may not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse rate limits, or interfere with service operation.

3. File and Request Limits

  • Maximum 5 files per generation request.
  • Maximum 100KB per file and 300KB total per request.
  • Accepted file types: .md and .txt only.
  • Image generation is rate-limited to 20 requests per hour per IP.
  • Animation requests are rate-limited to 10 requests per hour per IP.

4. AI-Generated Output

Outputs are generated by third-party AI systems and may be imperfect, non-unique, or unavailable at times. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use.

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use generated images and videos for personal or commercial purposes. AgentPic.ai does not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or fitness for any specific use case.

5. Third-Party Providers

AgentPic.ai relies on third-party services (including OpenAI, Luma, Vercel, Vercel Blob, and Upstash). Availability, latency, and behavior may depend on those providers.

6. No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPic.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to maintain quality, security, or legal compliance. We may block abusive usage at our discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
