Overview
AgentPic.ai is built to minimize data retention. We only collect and process what is needed to generate portraits, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
What We Process
- Uploaded file content (.md/.txt) to extract visual traits and generate images.
- Generation settings you choose (character form, art style, setting, era).
- IP address metadata for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
What We Do Not Store Long-Term
- Uploaded files are processed per request and not saved as user files in our app database.
- Account/profile data is not required to use AgentPic.ai.
- Secret extraction is not a feature; prompts instruct models to ignore sensitive secrets.
Image and Video Storage Behavior
- Generated image URLs are initially returned from OpenAI and may expire.
- If you use Animate Portrait, the generated image is uploaded to Vercel Blob to provide a stable public URL for Luma processing.
- Animation output video URLs are provided by Luma when complete.
Because animation requires public media URLs, images/videos involved in animation may persist on third-party infrastructure based on provider retention policies.
What We Collect for Operations
- Global generation counter (a single total count value).
- Temporary rate-limit counters in server memory (image and animation limits).
- Standard infrastructure logs from hosting providers (e.g., request metadata, diagnostics).
Third-Party Processors
- OpenAI — text analysis and image generation.
- Luma — portrait animation generation.
- Vercel — app hosting and runtime.
- Vercel Blob — media storage used by animation flow.
- Upstash — global generation counter.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Security Measures
- File type and size restrictions.
- Input sanitization against unsafe patterns.
- Rate limiting and bot detection (honeypot field).
- HTTPS encryption in transit.
Your Choices and Rights
You control what files you upload. Avoid including highly sensitive data. If you need provider-level deletion or retention details, refer to the privacy docs of OpenAI, Luma, Vercel, and Upstash.
